Features

The following is a list of features that are being developed as of now and will be available very soon. We'll be adding a blog too, The Websoda Blog is up and running, and features some Website analysis from Websoda too, so don't forget to visit and suscribe to the RSS feed to keep track of what's going on WebSoda. 1. Website sorting (top ranked, newest, most visited, etc.)
We'll be adding a sorting option based on a series of criteria, so that you can see the websites with the best ranking, upcoming websites, etc.

2. Website categories (search engines, blogs, etc.)
We'll be categorizing all the websites based on tags, so that you can remove "blogs" from your random websites, or view only "online stores", as well as most frequently searched tags. You can also sort on second-level domains, third-level domains (subdomains), etc.

3. Website trends (by age, gender, geographical location, etc.)
We'll inlude more data about voters, and feature in our blog what certain social groups like or dislike.

4. WebSoda Widget
If you are a webmaster, you can add our widget to allow users to vote for your site, as well as include your website average score.

5. WebSoda Blog!
Instead of this features page, we'll be hosting a blog so that you can comment and share your opinion with others.

6. WebSoda on other languages
The Internet is growing everyday, and non-English users are huge communities too.

7. Top submitters and voters
Adding valuable websites to WebSoda and voting honestly is what makes the community grow, and those who do it will be rewarded. WebSoda is just starting, so don't miss this chance to contribute!

8. Stronger search
Searching is restricted to searching URL's right now, but you will be able to search based on tags or on a description search string.

Added Features

Here's a list of the features or bug fixes that are already done, from newest to oldest. The most important ones will also be featured on the Websoda Blog.

Websoda Blog
The Websoda Blog is up and running, so if you're subscribed to the old RSS file, update your bookmark to the new RSS feed.

Fade in on website score
After voting on a website, the score will appear with a fade-in effect. Try voting for a website and you'll see the result!

Bugfixes for Internet Explorer
The top header bar was a little misplaced when you clicked login or in the search form. Also, the content of web pages was not centered on IE. This has been fixed on the main page, but It's still not available on the other pages. I will be making these changes very soon.
